UN CERTIFIED (FIBC BAG)

UN Bags are specially designed Flexible Intermediate Bulk Containers (FIBCs) used for the transport of hazardous materials, following the strict safety standards outlined in the UN Orange Book. These bags are rigorously tested and certified to ensure safe handling of dangerous goods across global supply chains.

Types of UN FIBC Bags:

UN Bags are classified into four types based on their construction:

• 13H1 – Woven polypropylene, uncoated, without liner

• 13H2 – Woven polypropylene, coated, without liner

• 13H3 – Woven polypropylene, uncoated, with liner

• 13H4 – Woven polypropylene, coated, with liner

Hazard Level Classifications:

Each UN Bag is assigned a symbol and packing group based on the degree of danger of the material:

Unlike standard FIBCs, UN Bags are not classified by safety factor (e.g., 6:1). Instead, they follow Packing Group-based classifications defined under UN regulations.

UN Testing Standards:

To achieve UN certification, each bag undergoes strict testing at certified labs, including:
